Secure in-house AI
on your knowledge.
Your data stays with you. The model runs in-house, on the files you already have. This is not a kit, and it is not a smarter model than the labs. We do not sell a Hatch cloud LLM.
The stack
What actually ships.
You get the box, the login, and a model on your files — not a generic chatbot dropped on the LAN.
Encrypted cluster
You own it, in your environment. This is how you believe us. Imaged before it ships. Encrypted disk. It looks like office equipment, not a science project.
Login, files, your VPN
ChatGPT-like login. Drop a file. Ask. Seats you invite. Secure remote over your VPN — not a Hatch-hosted frontier model.
Your knowledge base
Private tenant inference on your files. Customized to what you already know. Work does not feed OpenAI, Anthropic, Bedrock, or a shared Hatch training set.
Product module
A pack on the stack — not a slogan. Imaged with you. Details confirmed when we talk about fit.
Product module
A pack on the stack for work that should stay with counsel. We are not a law firm.
Default-deny outbound
The cluster does not call a lab to answer a question. Outbound starts off. Optional signed updates are a choice you can disable.
Documents
Upload, a watched folder, then ask.
The pass test is simple: a non-technical person drops a PDF and asks a question. No SSH. No weekend build.
Upload
In Hatch OS, drop a memo, deck, or spreadsheet. Ask about it in the same place.
Watched folder
Put files in a folder the cluster watches. People are not re-uploading the same set every morning.
Ask from the room
Retrieval stays on premises. The answer is generated on the cluster. The document does not go to a frontier lab.
Remote, plainly
Over your VPN.
From a flight, you should reach the same clean room — not open a lab tab because you left the office. Files still stay with you.
Remote is access to Hatch OS on your cluster, typically through the VPN you already trust. We will not name a VPN product or claim zero attack surface. Pre-launch. We will be specific before you commit.
What remote is not
- Not a Hatch cloud LLM as the product
- Not an upload to a frontier lab
- Not a named VPN product we invented
- Not a zero-attack-surface claim
- Not a certified air gap
When a Firm unit is available
- Encrypted cluster, imaged for you
- Hatch OS: chat, upload, watched folder, seats
- House model path on your knowledge
- Moral pack and legal pack
- You sign in, then invite seats
- Default-deny outbound; status / connections page
- Optional signed updates you can disable
- Remote over your VPN, path confirmed at imaging
What we are not selling
- A claim that this beats a named frontier model
- HIPAA or SOC 2 paperwork
- A pile of parts and an SSH login
- Token bills, or our cloud holding your files
- A live storefront. Pre-launch only.
Sizes
Firm, Enterprise, or Corporation.
A smaller office is welcome. Numbers live on the pricing page — we will not repeat them here. Exact board and revision are confirmed when we image a unit.
Is / is not
Nothing you need SSH to use.
Hardware
Encrypted cluster. Imaged. Yours.
A DIY kit. A consumer box.
Data
Stays with you, in the room
A lab upload. A Hatch cloud LLM.
Remote
Hatch OS over your VPN
A named VPN. Zero attack surface.
Honest limits
Keep both until you trust it.
Frontier labs still win the hardest open-ended reasoning this year. Hatch is for work that should stay in the room. No HIPAA or SOC 2 claims. Medical later, paperwork first. Pre-launch — if the fit is real, a person reads what you send.

If this is the job, inquire.
We image units when the fit is real. No invented waitlist theater.
